As someone born Visually impaired (legally blind) with a neurological condition that effects my balance and posture, being introduced 18 months ago by a friend to Gyrotonic has changed my life!
Working with Michal Zankel, and Michal Ben David at the Gyrotonic Room in Tel Aviv and being patiently and passionately shown techniques that really help me manage my condition day to day both physically and mentally.
Through their understanding and skill and knowledge, i am able to function in a way that i was not able to before.
I cannot speak highly enough of them, Gyrotonic, and the warm and amazing atmosphere from everyone at the Gyrotonic Room Tel Aviv…
